Please read the below directions carefully:

• Within 3 days of receiving product you must email the store to lock in your time and reason for return / refund
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and tagged (Tag must be attached to product)
• Reason for return must be described (please attach pic of product if damaged from shipping) in email with reason for return
• A return email will provide instructions / options available to you and time frame of replacement or refund or denial reason
• All return / refund request will be answered with return email within 72 hours of recieving  customers email request and reason for return
• Portugue' Pete Clothing LLC reserves the right to deny refund or return of items purchased if worn washed or untagged. 
• Portugue' Pete Clothing LLC will not in any case pay for shipping cost of returned product or refund shipping amount of original purchase.
